Our lines can have various advanced characteristics such as VISCO screws, gravimetric control system, liquid (PIB) or solid dosification, automatic changer srews, take-off oscillating system, IBC, thickness control, etc.

High performance standard motors or pair motors that do not precise gear box.
Heaters with ceramic long life resistors fitted with current and ground fault control.
Bimetallic high output and endurance screws.
Air ring and IBC blowers, all inverter controlled.
Electric cabinet endowed with air conditioned system, main CB and EMC filter, safety devices, etc, acording to the CE standard regulations.
Dies designed to reduce and balance the time of the materials inside them giving the highest output.
Vertical or horizontal oscillating take-off units, with very accurate film speed and stress control.
